In the past 24 hours, the Greek (and not only) internet has been flooded with… Marina Satti.
The beloved hitmaker and performer is breaking record after record, both with “ZARI” and her brand-new album “P.O.P.” released by Golden Records and Minos EMI, a Universal Music Company.
Specifically, Marina Satti is the only Greek artist with more than 2.5 million monthly listeners on Spotify (a 200% increase compared to the previous month). She is also the first-ever female artist in Greece to have 3 songs in the top 3 of the Spotify Greece Top 200 (#1 “ZARI”, #2 “MIXTAPE”, #3 “LALALALA”), with “MIXTAPE” being the highest-charting song over 10 minutes in duration ever on this chart. Additionally, Marina Satti is featured on the cover of the editorial playlist “New Music Friday” in celebration of the release of “P.O.P.” – whose songs are also trending on TikTok, with her name and the titles of her songs trending on Twitter (X) and Facebook.
On a global level, “ZARI” is at No. 17 on the Global Viral Chart, securing positions in the charts of countries such as the United Kingdom, Lithuania, Estonia, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Iceland, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Germany, Norway, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, Turkey, Hungary, Latvia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Serbia, Italy, Cyprus, Denmark, the Czech Republic, and Poland. It is the only Greek release with Greek lyrics to appear in these charts, among international hits.
On YouTube, for the first time, we see an artist in multiple positions in the Trending Videos: in the general trends, the music video for “LALALALA” is at No. 1, with Marina’s performance in the Eurovision semi-final at No. 2, a YouTube short featuring a clip from “LALALALA” at No. 10, and “ZARI” from the Eurovision final last Saturday at No. 14. In the music trends, “LALALALA” is at No. 1 with over 800,000 views, “MIXTAPE” with VLOSPA, OGE, Rack, Lefteris Pantazis, and Effi Thodi is at No. 3, while the ballad “Ah Thalassa” is at No. 7.
