Marina Satti Meets Four Eurostars for Eurovision 2025 – The First Greek Spotify Single Is Here
Marina Satti is part of the European quintet setting the pulse for the countdown to Eurovision 2025 with the first-ever Greek Spotify Single, “FOVAME.”
The ballad “Saudade, Saudade” by MARO, which represented Portugal in 2022, has been reborn as “FOVAME” for “Spotify Singles meets Eurovision Song Contest,” Spotify’s flagship series—this year joined by Greece’s own hitmaker and performer alongside Switzerland’s Nemo, Sweden’s
Loreen, Poland’s BABIE LATO and Germany’s ENNIO.
In 2024, she had Europe—and the world—rolling to “ZARI” when she represented Greece at the 68th Eurovision Song Contest. Now, in the final stretch before this year’s event in Basel, Switzerland, Spotify has invited Marina Satti, together with Nemo (Switzerland), Loreen (Sweden), BABIE LATO (Poland) and ENNIO (Germany), to form the European five that will get Europe—and the world—into Eurovision mode with the release of “Spotify Singles meets Eurovision Song Contest”, featuring the first Greek Spotify Single ever, titled “FOVAME”. The atmospheric ballad “Saudade, Saudade”, MARO’s Eurovision 2022 entry for Portugal, becomes “FOVAME” in Marina’s Greek rendition—lyrical and devotional, with Greek lyrics by Stathis Drogosis—unfolding like a prayer the bittersweet ache and celebration of love.
As the clock ticks down to the semi-finals of the 69th Eurovision Song Contest and global interest peaks—already evidenced by 6.7 million streaming hours of this year’s entries—Spotify joins the pan-European song celebration under Eurovision’s “United by Music” spirit. Five emblematic artists from five countries each covered and recorded at Spotify Studios in Stockholm one classic Eurovision song; all five exclusive Spotify Singles are now available for streaming:
